  2. Remove from heat and let it cool to 110°F (43°C).
  3. Stir in 2-3 tablespoons of plain goat yogurt or a yogurt starter.
  4. Pour the mixture into jars and incubate at 110°F (43°C) for 6-12 hours.
  5. Place in the fridge and let it chill for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For thicker yogurt, strain through cheesecloth for 1-2 hours.
  • Flavor with honey or fruit after incubation for added taste.
