Description

A fresh and simple Caprese salad featuring creamy buffalo mozzarella, ripe tomatoes, fresh basil, and a drizzle of olive oil and balsamic vinegar.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 buffalo mozzarella balls (fresh)
  • 4 ripe tomatoes, sliced
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Slice the buffalo mozzarella and tomatoes into even rounds.
  • Arrange them alternately on a plate, overlapping each slice of mozzarella with a tomato slice.
  • Tuck fresh basil leaves in between the slices.
  • Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy fresh!
