Description
A fresh and simple Caprese salad featuring creamy buffalo mozzarella, ripe tomatoes, fresh basil, and a drizzle of olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
Ingredients

- 2 buffalo mozzarella balls (fresh)
- 4 ripe tomatoes, sliced
- Fresh basil leaves
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Slice the buffalo mozzarella and tomatoes into even rounds.
- Arrange them alternately on a plate, overlapping each slice of mozzarella with a tomato slice.
- Tuck fresh basil leaves in between the slices.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately and enjoy fresh!
